ION Developments, in partnership with Staffordshire County Council, is developing plans to create a vibrant new residential location on the site of the authority’s former offices in Stafford town centre.
The vision is to give the site an exciting new future by regenerating and repurposing surplus buildings and complementing them with new development. The transformed site will safeguard adjacent heritage assets and provide around 100 high-quality new homes, a new hotel and public realm that will help revitalise the town centre.
